A Reflector’s Business Guide

As a Reflector, you have only undefined centres. These are portals of wisdom because they feel other people’s energy which is a deep gift for you. You can feel people’s emotions, fears, desires, and be more psychic. It means you are the ultimate chameleon and in Human Design, a unicorn because only 1% of the population is a Reflector.

Your contribution to the world is to reflect back to us how we are doing … as people, as a society, for evolution. You are the connected sage at the heart of every tribe. The world needs your deep grounded connection with the pace of life and the changes needed for evolution. Your reflection of what is happening moment by moment IS the catalyst for change.

Here is your guide to how you are designed to work in your business (and life!)

• Foundations – Reflectors represent only 1% of the population so embrace how special you are and the gifts you give to others by allowing them to be guided by the reflections you provide. Your energy centres have no definition and as such you reflect, absorb and mirror energy around you. You are a chameleon and can fit into any situation and when you are working with your design, you will find yourself curating energy around you too. Remember that the energy you take on is not yours and that sometimes people will be triggered by what they see in you because it is in them. This makes you a powerful channel and guide.
• Social Media –embrace your signature of surprise and be whoever you are guided to be and show up in that way on social media. It can be tempting to feel like you have to be one thing always but then you are also locking down the magic that you truly have inside of you and limiting who you were always meant to be. 
• Launching – launch when the time is right for you and don’t rush when it is based on a calendar. Consider your environment and who is around you at this time so you can show up and be in all of your power as the wise observer of others and the launch and how it is flowing.
• Funnels – these can work really well for you when you are fully aligned with your energy. However, check in with them regularly as you may find your alignment changes and this is what really creates the success.
• Support Required – time! Give yourself time for big decisions (28 days with the lunar cycles) and don’t feel pressured into making decisions. When you do, you will likely experience your not self theme of disappointment.

Reflectors in Alignment:

• Signature – surprise. This is often linked with the joy and fulfilment in discovering the world.
• Strategy – before you make a decision and take action, your strategy is to wait 28 days. Talking aloud about what you want will support you in tuning in to what is correct energetically for you.
• Authority – allow your decision making to take 28 days – you are a lunar being. The key is to not be rushed into decision making.
• Not-self Theme– when you are out of alignment, you will feel disappointment. This can be in anything you observe around you and maybe feel like something magic is being lost. This is your tangible sign that something needs to change.
