    Being bold in business can make all the difference in today’s fast-paced and competitive business landscape. With leaders in innovation constantly seek new ways to recruit top talent and enhance their workforce. There are only a small percentage that have so far embraced Human Design as the powerful new concept that it is in this arena. By incorporating elements of Human Design into the recruitment process, people development initiatives, and holistic wellbeing of its employees, leaders can tap into a goldmine of untapped brilliance within their organisation that reaps huge rewards in various ways.     Using Human Design in Recruitment:

    1. The good old Curriculum Vitae (CV):

    Is just that. Good and Old.  By incorporating elements of an individual’s Human Design, they will be able to highlight the key skills, attributes associated with their “Type” and profile and its significance to the prospective employer.  This can help to demonstrate their natural approach to work, decision making and energy management.

    2. Strategy:

    Including an individual’s specific strategy based on their Human Design type provides insights into their preferred modes of communication and work style. Employers can gauge how naturally an individual interacts with the world and makes decisions, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s culture and dynamics.

    3. Highlighting Inner Authority:

    Sharing information about their inner authority can help employers understand how individuals best make decisions and process information. This knowledge enables leaders to match an individual’s decision-making style with projects and tasks that capitalise on their strengths as well as being mindful of the team dynamics at play.

    4. Human Design Profile:

    A persons Human Design profile represents their role and purpose in life, and can shed light on an individual’s strengths, talents, and potential contributions within the workplace. Employers can align these profiles with organisational needs to create high-performing teams that are aligned with the individual’s life purpose, meaning role satisfaction is identified and met from the start.

    5. Innate Skills:

    Individuals can select significant centres or gates from their Human Design chart that align with their natural skills and qualities. By emphasising these, such as a defined Throat Centre can indicate strong communication skills by way of a simplified example.

    6. Demonstrating Self-Awareness:

    Including a Not-Self Theme in the CV reflects self-awareness and highlights an individual’s motivation to create a harmonious work environment. It may signal to employers that they strive for personal growth and contribute positively to team dynamics.

    Beyond Recruitment: Uncovering Untapped Brilliance:

    Whilst incorporating Human Design into the recruitment process is valuable, leaders in innovation can further leverage this knowledge within staff development initiatives. When employees have a deep understanding of their Human Design, they can align their work responsibilities with their innate talents and passions.
